What to do when you wake up anxious

The other night I went to bed only to find myself unable to fall asleep as my mind raced through all the things I had to do. I then woke up at 4 am thinking about everything that was on my plate. And popped up at 5:30 am, still anxious and overwhelmed.
Sound familiar?
If you’re like most women, you too have been in this situation many times.
So how do you get out of it? And get back to inner peace and a feeling of spaciousness?
I’ve struggled with anxiety for over 30 years and have amassed many tools to deal with it.

So what I did when I found myself anxious and overwhelmed at 5:30 am, may surprise you. It’s counter-intuitive but it really works!
