What To Do When You’re Anxious (It’s Counter-intuitive)

I used to struggle with anxiety at night. I’d go to bed only to find myself unable to fall asleep as my mind raced through all the things I had to do. I would then wake up at 4 am thinking about everything that was on my plate. And then popped up for the dayat 5:30 am, still anxious and overwhelmed.
Sound familiar?
If you’re like most people, you too have been in this situation many times.
So how do you get out of it? And get back to inner peace and a feeling of spaciousness?
I struggled with anxiety for over 30 years and have amassed many tools to deal with it.
I am now anxiety free.

So what I did when I used to find myself anxious and overwhelmed at 5:30 am, may surprise you. It’s counter-intuitive but it really works!
