§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD!

2022 can be the best year of your life!

Jan 4, 2022

I love new beginnings! The chance to start fresh and to reinvent myself and my life. And what better time to do that than the new year (even in these crazy times!)

2021 was a roller coaster year for most of us – challenges, hope, struggle, challenges again. It’s probably a safe bet to say that we are ready to be done with 2021 and move forward.

Here we are in January 2022 and the future is still uncertain.

Regardless, there’s little we can do about the pandemic or the economic situation or the myriad other unknowns.

What we can do is get clear on how we want to feel, the attitude we want to have, the energy we want to put out and what WE want the year to be like.

We have more control over our lives than we think.

What do I mean?

Let’s say you lose your job because of the economic implications of COVID. You may see this as negative for many reasons and it may be. And it may also be an opportunity to recreate your career and finally do work that you love, in the way you love to do it. Maybe you can get going right away or maybe you need to use the time to make a plan and put it into motion.

Or let’s say, you are unhappy in your relationship or because you’re not in a relationship and want one. One of the blessings of this pandemic may be that the situation either way has become intolerable. This is a gift because we usually make changes only when situations become very uncomfortable for us. So how can you make the changes you need to make – either within yourself or your relationship – so that you’re more fulfilled?

You get the idea?

I’ve thought a lot about what I would like to change in my life. Truth to tell, I’m pretty happy AND there’s always more that I want (such is the human condition).

Every New Year’s, my family and I fill out my “Make Your Best Year Yet” worksheet so we can get clear on what would make that year, the best year yet.

I did it for 2022 and realized that I want to:

Get even healthier by changing up my exercise routine every time I hit a plateau.

Strengthen my relationships by looking for all the acts of love in my life, practicing more acts of kindness and offering less advice (I keep working on this one!)

Keep tapping into my sensual inner goddess and learning about Tantra

Be of service to more women and create more programs and trainings that help tens of thousands of women thrive and be ageless.

Keep learning and growing by attending personal growth retreats (Finally, Dr. Joe Dispenza’s advanced retreat and perhaps even Mindvalley U).

Laugh more, have more fun, savor the everyday and be in gratitude as much as possible.

I declare this year to be my year of love and possibility, regardless of circumstances – the year that I enjoy the moment and learn from all that transpires in my life.

What would make 2022 your best year yet?

To help you get clear on that, I invite you to take 20 minutes to fill out my “Make Your Best Year Yet” worksheet.

If you want 2022 to be your best year yet, you need to be intentional about it.

Do the worksheet.

Write post-its to remind you what you want to create in your life this year.
