How I Lost Weight and Eliminated Hormonal Symptoms for Good

A few years ago, I found myself experiencing classic perimenopausal symptoms.

I started having night sweats and hot flashes. My hair started thinning. I started gaining weight around the middle. I was cranky. And my sex drive just plummeted.
