§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD.

Hearing Your Soul’s Deepest Call

Sep 25, 2018

Imagine what it would be like to have time and energy to hear your soul’s deepest calling…

As an entrepreneur, wife, friend and mama of three, I know how busy life can get.

And I know how easy it is to let your needs, never mind desires, slip by the wayside as you take care of everyone else.

Been there. Done that.

I have learned over the years that loving myself means making time not only for my self-care (exercise, mediation, eating right) but also to stay in touch with my soul, to remember to ask myself “Who are you now? What are you yearning for? What would bring you joy? What do you most want to express?”

These may seem like big questions to ask. And sometimes we fear asking them because then we may actually have to do something about them.

Or be faced with the fact that we feel powerless to make the necessary changes.

Take a deep breath.

I’m here to tell you that you can create a life that’s based on your soul’s deepest desires. One step at a time, so it’s not too scary or overwhelming.

It all starts with loving and respecting yourself enough to ask the questions.

So pull out some paper and a pen (or your phone, if you absolutely must) and write without overthinking it:

1. What am I craving?

2. What would bring me joy?

3. What am I secretly dying to do?

4. What do I think is impossible but would make me giddy with joy if it were actually possible?

Now take another deep breath.

The only thing you need to do now is read what you wrote every day for a week.

Let it all cook and simmer inside of you.

Let the desire build.

See what inspired ideas come to you. What the Universe sends you.

And as always, I would love to hear from you. Feel free to leave a comment below or email me at natalie@nataliematushenko.com and share with me what your soul is yearning for or how this process is going for you.

Happy Tuesday!
