I am so not a morning person either☹️. I have to get up for work every morning but since I work from home due to covid, I save on travel time but go to bed later.
I honestly get up almost 5 minutes before work sometimes. I try to meditate every morning and do a grounding and loving kindness meditation. It does make me feel better but often am too tired to do it and would rather get sone more sleep.
Sigh….My routine is a little off too lately…
Hi Valerie, thanks for reaching out! I so get it… and I’ve learned over time that I feel so much better if I do the morning routine that it has become indispensable. I know it takes lots of discipline to go to bed earlier and there’s no right or wrong, just choices and how they make us feel and the results they give us. xoxo
