§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD!
When My Rose Colored Glasses Came off
One of the things that I love about being in my 50’s is that our 40’s and 50’s are the decades when the rose-colored glasses come off and we start seeing things as they are.
We get annoyed, frustrated and maybe even really pissed off.

We crave time for ourselves and by ourselves to shut out everyone else’s opinions and voices. We long to listen to the quiet voice of our own soul.

If I knew that I only had 1 more year left to live, what would I spend my time on? How would I be “being”? Who would I spend my time with?

What do I really want?
What do I really need?
What does my body need?
What will make me happy?
What will make me feel alive?
How can I honor myself more fully?
In the meantime, what do you like about getting older?
As always, I love hearing from you so feel free to leave a comment below or get in touch at natalie@nataliematushenko.com.

Happy Tuesday!
