I learned something this summer that has just completely shifted and revolutionized my relationship with myself… and my life actually.
A simple hack that has allowed me to easily know how to be loving towards myself in any situation.
It all comes down to one question that I ask myself.
After years of struggling to discern in the moment what the loving action towards myself is, I couldn’t believe how easy it is to quickly figure out exactly what I need to say or do to treat myself with love at all times!
