Self-care: you will discover what YOU need to be at your best emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
Boundaries: you will learn how to set effective boundaries so that you never again veer off your chosen path in order to meet the desires of others.
Energetic boundary support: you will learn simple yet highly effective energetic exercises to support your boundaries.
Make sure you print (ideal!) or download the workbook before you start the video. And don’t forget to do ALL of the exercises in the workbook. These exercises are designed to help you uncover your passion & purpose and get you the results you want!
