How to Feel the Hard Feelings

We’re always told to feel our feelings.”/span>

There are many good reasons for this.

Feelings are the barometers for our lives. They let us know if our lives are flowing the way we want them to.

We also risk developing physical symptoms and even serious illnesses if we stuff down our feelings long enough.

But how do you feel the hard to feel feelings? The anger, jealousy, sadness, vulnerability, anxiety?

Most of us have a tendency to avoid these feelings. We avoid them by getting busy with something else or by projecting them on to others.

I know I’ve been guilty of using both of these tactics to avoid my feelings.

But over the years I’ve learned to easily and effectively feel the hard feelings so they pass quickly through my body (instead of getting stuck in my body and causing aches and pains or worse) and give me the information they are meant to give me.
