§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD!
How I Live In Magic
And if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, how’s your winter?
My summer break was short and sweet. Seven weeks.
And I had an amazing, magical summer!
– My husband and I spent a week in Iceland, reconnecting without kids and enjoying jaw dropping nature.
– I spent 2 weeks at Mindvalley U with my youngest daughter, learning everything I could about embodiment, breathwork and working with energy.
– And we spent some time as a family in Spain, Portugal and Boston, traveling and reconnecting.
As I write this, I realize how much we packed in… and it was so fulfilling!
And now I’m back home in Colombia, integrating it all.
I’m realizing how much I learned this summer, especially at Mindvalley U.
I made a video to share with you one thing I learned this summer that is completely revolutionizing my life! My hope is that it can inspire you and change your life too…
I love connecting with you! Leave a comment below or send me an email at natalie@nataliematushenko.com.
Happy Tuesday!

Hi Natalie,
Loved the narration of your summer, it was truly magical. For me it has been good, too. My curiosity about the world and my own possibilities keeps me going. Right now there is a wonderful series about the microbeiom. It is fascinating what goes on in one’s body. I have also found out about chronic inflammation, which gives me hope of recovery of the
things that have been bothering me. Unfortunately some of my joints don’t let me enjoy my Physical activities as well as I was doing. So, I’m working on that too. I. too seem to have control problems, mainly because I am so backlogged with clearing clutter which I wasn’t physically able to get rid of. However, I know good is out there if I let go more. Thank You.

Your messages are so upbeat and uplifting, Natalie! What a beautiful life you have; I always look forward to your updates. If I were to vote, I would say yes to Marbella! I used to live near Cadiz, Spain in el Puerto de Santa Maria…the best 3 years of my life! You will enjoy the atmosphere, the weather, and the people and will have so many story-worthy experiences! God bless you always and thank you for touching our lives. XO
I live in Northern Portugal, across the Minho River from Galicia, Spain. I came here 19 years ago with my husband when he retired. He died last year and I am alone, I have been wanting to move back to the UK, but nothing is happening. I keep getting the message to let go, be patient, your message just confirmed that. So for now I am feeling content being here, it is such a beautiful place to live, the people are wonderful, the cost of living is good, so many things to be grateful for. I am letting go, I am letting life happen for me, making my garden beautiful and enjoying my wonderful home. Thank you, I really appreciate your messages.
