§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD!
How I Dealt with Deep Grief
There’s something that we as a culture just don’t deal with.
Something we don’t want to face.
Something horribly difficult happens – a divorce, a bankruptcy, an illness, the passing of a loved one – and we are taught to just move on.
When what we need to do is grieve.
Yet, we often don’t give ourselves the space and time to grieve.
Check out the Grief Recovery Handbook by John W. James and Russell Friedman which I mention in the video. It was an important companion for me.
I love connecting with you! Leave a comment below or send me an email at natalie@nataliematushenko.com.
Happy Thursday!
Natalie

Dear Natalie,
Thank you for sharing, so happy that you were able to suffer again the pain of loss, and to find new strength to go on,
and to see the new possibilities after the heart wrenching experience. Bless you.
With loving thoughts,
Eda
Thanks Eda! There’s so much to be gained from fully feeling grief that I truly feel blessed.
ThANK YOU
