How to Get Anger Out of Your System in Less Than a Minute
One of the most useful things I learned at Mindvalley U had nothing to do with the official curriculum and everything to do with improving my life 1000%.
It’s a simple, yet profound, hack that helped me move anger through my body and get over it in under a minute!
This tool would work for any difficult emotion – anger, resentment, frustration, jealousy, sadness.
I can’t believe I’ve spent so many years of my life carrying anger and resentment around for hours, sometimes days, when all I had to do was use this hack… and voila – a minute or two – and the anger is gone.
I made this video in the hopes that this hack will also help you feel your strong emotions and let them move through you so you too can move on and get back to center quickly.

Thank You Natalie! I’ve been looking -mostly thinking -I have got to get this anger out b/c I know it’s the worst thing for my holistic health and I will try your method! This is a tough one I’m literally LIVING in the anger causing situation w/ no way I can see to get out of it due to the anger causing events that have affected my body physically. Just by writing this out it reinforced what I believe is the first key to at least try to improve this situation. I will keep you posted✨🙏🏻✨
Hi Carin! How is the practice coming along? So important to get the anger out of your body! I really get how living with the anger causing events makes it difficult to process the anger and yet, that’s the work and the point. Whatever we think is “out there” (the people whose actions are angering us, the events, etc) are really just reflections of ourselves. And once we do this practice to get the anger out, our nervoucs system calms down enoughto ask ourselves, “how do I exibit the thoughts and actions” that I judege in others? Even if it’s only 5% of the magnitute of the other; it’s still our 5% to heal and transform. With love, Natalie
Hi Natalie, I really enjoyed you sharing about how to process anger out the out of your body. My question is what if at the moment there’s people around and or you’re doing an obligation you can’t just leave and process the anger out of your body the way you shared.
What do you do with a negative feeling to process it out of your body if you’re unable to at that very moment do what you’re supposed to do to get it out of your body?

I’d say do the best you can to do it asap. Excuse yourself to go to the bathroom, set the intention to get the anger out and do the physical part of this exercise while opening your mouth and letting out a “silent scream” with the intention that it is a true scream. This will probably do the trick to 100% ao close to it. Pls try this and let me know how it goes.
