What Your Body Is Telling You

Oct 9, 2018

Do you have a sense that there’s more to your health challenges or aches and pains than just the physical symptoms?

That perhaps your body is trying to tell you something?

I am a big believer that our bodies talk to us. In fact, I believe they are often much more straight-forward and honest with us than our minds are.

When I get a headache or ache and pain, the first think I do is consult my bible of the emotional/spiritual causes of certain symptoms, “Your Body Is Telling You Love Yourself

And then I dig deeper to transform whatever is going on. You can read more about my story of how I healed my heart and avoided open heart surgery here.

I know that so many of you are struggling with health issues or just not feeling your best.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you this month’s straight-talking interview on Women Living Passionately with Kim McDonnel, a holistic Health Coach and Spiritual Counselor who recently became a published author of the popular book, You Change, They Change: How to Take Control of Your Life by Losing Your Control Over Others. Kim and I talked about how:

  • Kim’s search for healing led to change her beliefs and find her purpose.
  • Making a few simple dietary changes helped Kim heal many physical and emotional symptoms and eventually Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Letting go of control of others and risking her marriage helped her find herself.
  • To stop serving everyone else and focus on yourself.
If you haven’t yet, sign up here to listen to the interview when it goes live tomorrow.

And feel free to share this email with family and friends who may benefit from the interview series so they too can sign up.

And as always, you know I love hearing from you so please leave a comment below and connect.

Happy Tuesday!

xoxo,

Natalie
