The morning routine that’s changing my whole way of being in the world
I’m often asked about my morning routine.
And I love to share about it because I’m a huge believer that how we start our day determines what kind of a day it’s going to be.
Exercise, meditation, gratitude, green juice, cold showers… there’s so much out there. How do we know what to focus on? And how much time to devote to it?
I’ve tried it all over the years and I’m loving my current morning routine.

Love your morning routine. I am living in South Africa so I can’t watch any of the lives because of the huge time differences. Is there any ways that the Zoom lives can be saved to watch at a more suitable time?? I was hoping to watch Debra Poneman’s live on Zoom but couldn’t get to see it as it was 3 o’clock in the morning our time!!!!

Thank you so much, delightful meaningful and I start with the serenity prayer or the saint Francis prayer and I go into a guided meditation and the biggest joy for me is getting out walking or biking in nature and prior to the walk writing two to three pages every morning for brain dump
I realised that I don’t have a positive morning routine, I get myself up, let the dogs out, drink coffee and check emails. One thing I have been doing is listening to Pray As You Go, then I work on my Sitting for Guidance and sit still to listen to what God has to say. However, you helped me to realise that I need to spend more time balancing and energising myself for the day. And as an empath I need that protective bubble. So I am going to spend more time on self care in the morning, as well as what I do at night, which is when I do my Gratitudes, but beginning the day with them is a great idea. Thank you so much for your input.
