§ We came to this world to LIVE OUT LOUD!
Ready to close out 2022? Here’s how!
I think we can all agree that 2022 was quite a year!
And my deepest sense is that everything that happened this year is leading to my rebirth. That I will come out on the other side wiser, more compassionate, more powerful… more of the woman I am meant to be in my sage years.
I can feel it and see it already. Moments of deep connection to the Divine. Times when I plug into a stream of Love so vast that I want and need nothing else but to be connected to the Source. Times when I Become Love.
My sense is that I’m heading into an unknown that is vast and beautiful and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before… and I’m excited.
This makes me appreciate 2022 and all it’s hardships. I would not be where I am today (and where I sense I’m heading) without them.
I made this video for you so you too can close out 2022 intentionally and with love.
As the year draws to a close, have you taken the time to reflect on it? The wins? The losses? The things you are proud of? The things you need to forgive yourself or others for? The learnings?

This year, more than ever, it’s so important to take stock of the year so you that you intentionally create your life going forwards.
It will help you gain the awareness about yourself and your life so you can start thinking about what would make 2023 your best year yet! Yes, it’s possible! Even during these crazy times!
That’s why I’m going to keep this blog post short and sweet and instead invite you to take 20 minutes to fill out my “Say Goodbye to the Year” worksheet.
20 minutes is all it will take you to learn from this year’s triumphs and challenges, get closure and get on your way to intentionally creating 2023.

Happy, happy holidays!
Natalie
2022 started with the sudden death f my nephew, whom we miss so much, then the unprovoked war in Ukraine, I grieve the loss of lives.
I’m letting go of resentment, Hoarding of things and memories of events and people, books and rushing off to new ideas, sometimes out of curiosity, emails. I’m saying goodby to feeling sorry for myself, and feeling inadequate. I am most proud of finding abilities, gifts and new possibilities, that I did not use or had forgotten about. I have created more room for possibilities. I forgive myself and others for not treating me well, because at the time they did not know any better. I feel free again, and hopeful.
Ir was a great year for learning about myself, and for meeting so many great people like you.
Thanks Eda for sharing so thoughtfully and openly what you’re going through in your life and what you uncovered about 2022. Here’s to an even more learning filled 2023!
